🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If there’s an issue, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete items.

  • Email us at support@aajira.in within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof to process your return request.

2. Return Process

  • Email us with your Order ID, issue details, and the unboxing video.

  • Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

3. Return Pickup

  • For approved cases, we’ll arrange a return pickup and confirm the same via email.

  • Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

4. Refund & Timeline

  • Returned products go through a quality check upon receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days after the product reaches our warehouse.

  • COD charges are non-refundable.

  • The full return process may take 10–15 days.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer exchanges to ensure the best fit for you.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Size exchanges only for the same product are allowed, subject to stock availability.

  • Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.

2. Exchange Request Process

  • Email support@aajira.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with your Order ID and exchange details.

  • If we don’t receive a reply to our follow-up email within 24 hours, the exchange request will be canceled.

  • Customers are required to self-ship the product for exchange. We currently do not provide return pickups for exchanges.

3. Timeline & Dispatch

  • Once the original item is received and passes our quality check, the exchange product will be dispatched.

  • The complete exchange process typically takes 10–14 working days.

 

❌ Cancellation Policy

We completely understand if you change your mind—here’s how cancellations work:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, call us at +919601333699 or email support@aajira.in.

  • Prepaid orders will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
