At Aajira we value our customers. We design every product with love and make it with care. We do understand that sometimes an item may not work for you and we are here to help you.

Aajira must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery for returns and exchange of the product.

Returns:
- Returns are accepted in all eligible cases.
- Returns must be shipped by the customer and not provided by Aajira under any circumstances.
- Once received and inspected by our team and it gets approved, a store credit will be issued.( We do not offer cash refunds or bank transfers for returns.)
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for:
* Different size of the same product, or
* Another product of equal or higher value
- Exchanges must be shipped by the customer and not provided by Aajira under any circumstances.
- Processing time: 12–14 business days from receipt.
- Once we receive the item, the replacement will be dispatched.
- Each product is eligible for exchange only once.

Product should be unused and with a tag intact ( No body odour, not washed, undamaged, no stains, etc.) to be eligible for returns and exchange.

Refunds :
- Refunds are provided only in case of damaged or defective products (e.g., torn, burnt, etc.).
- An unboxing video is mandatory for processing refunds.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original bank account.

Important Notes:
- Custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sale/discounted products are eligible for exchange only (no returns).
- Aajira reserves the right to refuse return or exchange that do not meet our standard policies.
